Is there WiFi in the hotel?

» We offer free WiFi in all rooms and the public area

Are there parking spaces at the hotel?

┬╗ There are outside parking spaces on Hochstra├če (7.00 per day / car) and underground parking spaces (12.00 per car / day). However, we cannot reserve parking spaces.

There is also a public car park "Herford Tor" that is only 100m away from the hotel. Here you pay 7.00 per 24 hours / car.

Do you offer bathrobes?

» You can get bathrobes for a one-time fee of € 5.00 per person upon arrival.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

“You are welcome to bring your dog. For this we charge an extra € 20.00 per day / dog.

Do you have smoking rooms?

» We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and in all public areas.

Do all rooms have a balcony?

» Some of our rooms have a balcony or terrace. We would be happy to reserve a room with a balcony at an additional cost of 10.00 per night.

Is there a charge for the wellness area?

»The use of our ROYAL ORCHID wellness oasis is already included in the room price.

What are the breakfast times?

» Our breakfast times are Mo-Fr 6:30 – 11:00 am, Sa 7:00 – 10:30 am and Sunday, public holidays 7:00 – 11:00 am

When can we check in?

»The room is available from 3:00 p.m.

When do we have to leave?

» The departure time is until 11:00 am.

When is dinner?

» If you have booked an arrangement with dinner, the dinner times are 6:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. When you arrive you will be asked for your preferred time. A table is then reserved for you in our THE Alchemy restaurant.

When does the restaurant open?

» Our restaurant" Walter’s Pharmacy "is open from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

Do you organize events during pandemic times?

» Music & events are part of our corporate concept.We ask for your understanding that we cannot consider complaints in this regard - in whatever form.
